ABOUT THE STUDIO

Julia Costa Design is a boutique architecture and interiors studio specializing in thoughtfully crafted residential and hospitality environments. Founded by licensed architect Julia Costa, the studio takes a holistic approach to design, blending architecture, interiors, and meticulous detailing to create spaces that feel timeless, distinctive, and deeply personal.

Prior to founding Julia Costa Design, Julia worked as a Project Architect at a high-end architecture firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her experience spans luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial design, with projects including custom homes, boutique coworking environments, hotels, and restaurants. This breadth of experience continues to inform JCD’s considered, detail-driven approach to design.

Julia established her practice in 2024 with the goal of offering clients a more personal and design-focused experience. The studio was built on the belief that the strongest projects come from close collaboration, clear communication, and a cohesive vision carried from the earliest ideas through execution.

Today, JCD works closely with clients to create warm, enduring spaces that balance architectural integrity with refined interiors. By intentionally maintaining a boutique practice, Julia remains personally involved in each project, allowing for a level of care, creativity, and continuity that shapes both the process and the finished space.
